Job Title: Business Formation Consultant – Business Setup & Company Formation

Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Formation Consultant who will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting clients interested in setting up businesses in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE business formation procedures and a proven ability to close sales and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, online marketing, and direct outreach.
• Consult with potential clients to understand their business goals and advise on the most suitable setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore).
• Present and promote our business setup packages, services, and value propositions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of company formation and licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on UAE business laws, free zone regulations, and licensing updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business setup consultancy, corporate services, or sales (preferably in the UAE).
• In-depth knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone company formation procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales orientation and customer service mindset.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
