Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Generation Manager to lead sales growth and develop new business opportunities for our used car showroom. The role involves driving lead generation, managing customer acquisition strategies, building partnerships, and ensuring the showroom consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business generation strategies to increase sales and expand customer base.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients, fleet buyers, and corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financing companies, and other industry partners to facilitate sales.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee lead generation campaigns through digital marketing, referrals, events, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads into confirmed sales.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track sales performance and customer acquisition progress.
  • Develop innovative promotional strategies to attract walk-in and online customers.
  • Collaborate with management to set monthly and quarterly sales targets and achieve them.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential customers, corporate contacts, and fleet buyers.
  • Train and mentor sales staff on effective business development practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in business generation, sales, or business development—preferably in the automotive/used car industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market, customer preferences, and financing procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads through digital platforms, networking, and cold calling.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
