Job Description

We are looking for a Business Growth Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This internship is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn how agencies grow clients, build partnerships, and convert opportunities into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities
• Support lead generation activities and outreach efforts
• Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Maintain CRM records and update lead trackers
• Coordinate with marketing and performance teams to align growth strategies
• Support the business development team with day-to-day tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development
• Confidence in using MS Office / Google Workspace
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
• Ability to work on-site during office hours
