The Business Growth Lead will be responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and the development of strategic partnerships within the aluminium sector. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual with extensive industry expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management. The Business Growth Lead will identify new business opportunities, foster key partnerships, and contribute to the overall growth strategy, ensuring the company’s leadership position in the market.
1. Business Growth & Strategy
1.1 Develop and implement a robust growth strategy to expand market share and revenue in the aluminium sector.
1.2 Identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, product innovations, and strategic alliances.
1.3 Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
1.4 Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
2.1 Drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
2.2 Set and achieve revenue targets through effective sales planning and execution.
2.3 Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
2.4 Oversee tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations for large-scale aluminium projects.
3. Market Expansion & Partnerships
3.1 Identify and develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and global suppliers.
3.2 Expand the company’s presence in domestic and international markets.
3.3 Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align offerings with market demand.
4. Leadership & Team Development
4.1 Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
4.2 Foster a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
4.3 Provide training and guidance to enhance team expertise in sales and market analysis.
5. Customer & Stakeholder Management
5.1 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government bodies, and industry associations.
5.2 Address customer needs proactively and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
5.3 Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
