Business Head

Position Summary : The Business Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of device care and exchange programs operated by Servify on behalf of its customers including OEMs, Telcos and Retailers. This role involves business development, program design, implementation, operations oversight, and continuous improvement to ensure high customer satisfaction, SLA adherence, and commercial success. The individual will own the P&L of the assigned countries.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and drive new programs and business opportunities to maximize revenue through both existing and new partners.
  • Plan, organize, and execute programs aligned with the mission and strategic objectives of Servify KSA.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners, including large-format retailers, telecom operators, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Own and manage customer accounts, ensuring sustained growth and partner satisfaction.
  • Support the expansion of the partner ecosystem, including logistics providers, payment partners, service centers, and insurance providers.
  • Establish and nurture senior (C-level) relationships with key partners to drive strategic collaboration and adoption of new programs.
  • Execute go-to-market (GTM) and route-to-market (RTM) strategies with clearly defined and measurable ROI.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting on business development initiatives and program performance in KSA.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and resolve roadblocks impacting project delivery and business outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate risks, drive process improvements, and implement more efficient and scalable operating models.
  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks for programs and initiatives.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 + years of experience in driving business in the Middle East, preferably in device protection, insurance, telecom, retail or after-sales service industries.
  • Strong understanding of device care ecosystems (OEMs, service centers, logistics, insurance/TPA models).
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM/tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
