URGENT HIRING – BUSINESS HEAD (HoReCa Segment)

Multi Trade Group is urgently looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Business Head – HoReCa Segment.

Position Details:

• Position: Business Head (HoReCa Segment)
• Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000
• Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in the relevant HoReCa industry
• Driving License: UAE Driving License is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies for the HoReCa segment.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly & annual revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering companies.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor and monitor the sales / business development team.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer demands.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and marketing teams.
• Prepare business reports, sales forecasts and performance analyses.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial agreements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• New customer acquisition rate.
• Customer retention and repeat business growth.
• Gross profit margin achievement.
• Expansion of HoReCa market share.
• Team productivity and sales performance.
• Collection efficiency and payment recovery.
• Key account growth and relationship management.
• Product penetration across HoReCa channels.
• Overall annual business growth and profitability.
