Business Immigration Associate Attorney

UB Greensfelder currently has an opening for an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join the Immigration Practice Group, working in our Illinois, Ohio, Missouri or New York offices. Current and active law license required.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for day-to-day tasks as well as the strategic process of case management.
• Manage a variety of immigration matters, including H-1B, O-1, L-1 visas, as well as PERM and employment based petition visas.
• Prepare and review immigration applications and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing questions as they arise during the immigration process.

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

• At least 3 years of practice handling business immigration matters in a law firm setting, required;
• Experience with H-1B, O-1, and L-1 visas;
• PERM and employment based immigration petition visas, including EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
