Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Business Immigration Attorney to provide comprehensive legal support to clients in navigating the complexities of immigration processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in employment-based immigration and will be committed to ensuring compliance matters. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel and guidance on employment-based immigration matters.
  • Manage and oversee cases from inception to completion, ensuring all documentation and processes adhere to legal standards
  • Assist clients to navigate National Interest Waivers (NIWs)
  • Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on immigration policies and regulations
  • Consult with clients to understand their immigration needs and develop tailored strategies
  • Prepare and file petitions for g EB-1s and EB-2s
  • Represent clients in immigration litigation as necessary
  • Maintain accurate case management records and documentation for all cases

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active state bar membership
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business immigration law
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Strong communication and client consultation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
