Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for leadership and development of a team of Analysts.
  • Stakeholder management of senior leaders of multiple functions , Globally.
  • Develop and deliver analytics dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SAP.
  • Collaborate with regional and market-level teams to standardize reporting frameworks, ensuring consistency and comparability across geographies.
  • Translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions that support business areas such as commercial, supply chain, finance, R&D functions and many others.
  • Analyse large datasets to uncover business trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
  • Partner with global and local stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide training and documentation to end users on BI tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • 3–5+ years of experience in business analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, macros, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems, especially in data extraction and integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data governance and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance is a plus.


Preferred Attributes:


Experience leading a team in a global or multi-regional environment.

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, product lifecycles, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.


Relevant Professional / Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
