About the Role:
We are growing and looking to add a Customer Service Representative to support our business / commercial insurance clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and learning the business side of insurance.
You do not need prior insurance experience — we will train the right person. However, you must be willing to obtain your insurance license (we will guide you through the process).
If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy helping business owners protect what they’ve built, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Support business / commercial insurance clients with policy changes, renewals, certificates, and coverage questions
- Communicate with business owners via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with processing endorsements and policy updates
- Help prepare renewal reviews and coverage summaries
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new commercial clients
- Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems
- Provide proactive service to help clients understand risk and protection options
