Business Integration Lead

The Role
Business Integration Lead - Dammam, KSA - Big Fish Our client is a market leader in Saudi Arabia, they have an excellent reputation, delivering a high-quality facilities management service. Responsible for overseeing structured and effective Due Diligence aopend transition activities related to an acquisitions and merger. Lead organizational transfers and change management, coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring smooth transitions. The role supports continuity, governance, and compliance in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field. • Certification in Project Management, or Change Management is preferred. • 8 - 10 years of experience managing transition, mobilization, or integration processes within mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transfers. • Experience supporting contract novation, assignment, or amendment during transitions. • In return our client offers not only a competitive base salary and benefits package but also, fantastic career prospects and a stable working environment.
