Job Description

• Analyze and prepare reports on performance indicators in Call Center operations and perform periodic analysis of critical variables.

• Generate management and compliance reports and indicators for the processes assigned to your position, according to the work plan and/or current procedures.

• Participate in training sessions requested by clients.

Job Requirements

• Student or graduate of Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Administration or related fields.

• One (1) year of experience in similar positions.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases and SQL.
