Provide in-depth financial analysis of supply chains, procurement processes and product costs to support the company's strategic decisions, optimize business processes and reduce operating costs, as well as contribute to the successful implementation of international projects and automation of business processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Analysis of financial performance of supply chains and finished goods procurement processes;
- Cost analysis of products and evaluation of economic feasibility when choosing production and sourcing methods ;
- Forecasting financial flows related to the procurement of finished goods, logistics, and customs expenses;
- Preparing reports and presentations for management based on financial analysis of supply chain operations;
- Participation in the automation project of product planning and supply processes;
- Working on reducing operational costs through the development of business process optimization initiatives ;
- Interaction with procurement, planning, production, and finance departments · Participation in international projects: financial support for the establishment and development of overseas entities;
- Opening and managing bank accounts of the group’s foreign companies;
- Organizing and controlling foreign exchange operations, international transfers, letters of credit, and other settlement instruments;
- Liaising with banks on compliance, foreign exchange control, and international trade operations.
Requirements for candidates:
- Рroficiency in spoken Russian, English - C1;
- Higher economic education;
- Experience as a financial analyst for at least 5 years, preferably in large manufacturing or trading companies;
- Confident use of MS Excel, Power BI, 1C, ERP systems;
- English — Upper Intermediate level or higher (reading specialized literature, participation in international projects);
- Excellent knowledge of the basics of accounting and taxation;
- Completion of CIMA, ACCA or CPA programs will be an advantage;
- Deep understanding of methods for analyzing and evaluating financial indicators;
- Skills in building scenario models and modeling business processes;
- Ability to effectively interact with various departments of the company and external partners;
- Readiness for business trips.
