Senior Analyst - Investment Contracts

Job Description:


  • Ensure the achievement of the quality objectives stipulated in the Roads and Transport Authority and the department’s quality plan.
  • Conduct the necessary analysis to identify and evaluate opportunities, risks, regression expectations, and modeling probabilities.
  • Preparing reports and schedules to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in managing and following up investment contracts.
  • Prepare documents for partnership auctions with the private sector and follow up on contracting procedures and contract implementation.
  • Analyze the performance of investment contract implementation and report any indicators of faltering opportunities with measurements and a correction plan.
  • Developing existing and new strategies, legislation, and policies related to revenues
  • Coordinate and cooperate with the Supplier Affairs Department in evaluating investors’ performance.
  • Preparing “approval memorandums” reports on bids and renewal contracts and reviewing bidding documents.
  • Participate in preparing the department’s budget and developing operational plans to achieve the set goals.
  • Managing all revenue contracts (service, retail, right of way contracts).
  • Follow up on key performance indicators and prepare analytical reports to set expectations and measure benefits.
  • Preparing internal audit reports and ensuring that all types of audit operations are carried out effectively and efficiently, and the ability to train, direct, and supervise employees regarding audit techniques.
  • Follow-up and coordination with the relevant departments regarding the renewal of revenue contracts and service contracts.
  • Attend the opening of bids with the Tenders and Contracts Committee and ensure that bids and tenders are delivered correctly.
  • Carrying out other job-related tasks and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s in law - Business Administration or equivalent
  • Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
  • 0-2 years of working experience
  • Proven ability to develop quality standards, testing procedures, inspection reporting formats, and ability to conceptualize tasks and accomplish them.
  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
  • Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
  • Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
