Business Intelligence Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field from a reputable institute.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, build reporting dashboards, and drive organizational growth by leveraging data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models to support decision-making.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
• Design and maintain reports to track business performance, customer behavior, and KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to address business challenges.
• Serve as a point of contact for technical and analytical queries.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and M Query.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
