Take over a key role as a Business Intelligence Analyst in the BI & Data department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

What we expect from you:

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards that deliver clear, accurate, and actionable insights
• Build and optimize data models using DAX and best-practice modeling techniques
• Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data for reporting and analysis
• Support the development and maintenance of the company’s data warehouse and ETL logic
• Partner with Finance, BD, Marketing, and Product teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions
• Improve existing dashboards by refining data logic, performance, and visual design
• Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all reports
• Document data sources, business rules, and dashboard logic to support knowledge sharing within the BI team
• Manage incoming reporting requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver outputs within expected timelines
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or new opportunities within our BI infrastructure and propose improvements

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related analytical role
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience writing complex queries
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development
• Experience working with data warehouse structures or ETL processes
• Ability to translate business questions into technical data solutions
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data accuracy mindset
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple requests
• Experience with Python for data processing (nice to have)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (nice to have)
• Exposure to additional BI tools like Qlik, Tableau or Looker (nice to have)
• Experience working in a startup, marketplace, or service-driven environment
