Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Accountabilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and visualizations
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality through proper validation and cleaning
• Optimize dashboard and query performance for efficient reporting
• Communicate insights and results clearly to stakeholders and business users
• Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities effectively
• Continuously learn and stay up to date with analytics tools and best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles

Minimum Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Tableau, SQL,
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and interpret data
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and exploratory thinking
• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills, including explaining insights to non-technical audiences
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Technical Skills

Tableau

• Develop interactive dashboards and professional reports
• Use Calculated Fields , Filters, and Parameters
• Connect and blend multiple data sources
• Apply best practices in Data Visualization
• Optimize dashboard performance

SQL

• Write complex SELECT queries
• Use JOINs , GROUP BY , and HAVING
• Develop and use Subqueries
• Perform query optimization and indexing
• Data transformation and preparation for reporting
• Understand Data Modeling concepts
• Perform Data Cleaning
• Work with different database systems

ETL & Data Integration

• Basic understanding of ETL concepts
• Experience or exposure to Informatica is a strong advantage
