Job Title: Market Research Analyst

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role: This role is aimed at developing impactful marketing content and data-driven insights through market research middle east. The role supports thought leadership, client engagement, and business development with clear, engaging publications and presentations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

1. Marketing Content Development & Publications

  • Prepare high-quality marketing documents, including industry reports, white papers, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Contribute to the creation of Insights public market research reports.
  • Develop compelling and data-driven presentations, infographics, and brochures for internal and external use.
  • Ensure research findings are effectively translated into engaging stakeholder materials.
  • Support the production of digital content, including website articles, blog posts, and social media insights.

2. Market Research & Data Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyse trends, consumer behaviour, and industry developments across the MENA region.
  • Gather and interpret data from various sources, including reports, surveys, and economic indicators.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support content creation and business strategy.
  • Monitor competitor activities and assess their impact on the market landscape.
  • Develop engaging data visualizations and insights to enhance marketing materials.

3. Client Engagement & Business Support

  • Assist in preparing client-facing reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support business development efforts by providing market intelligence and strategic insights.
  • Draft and coordinate research proposals in response to client inquiries and RFPs.
  • Present findings in a clear and actionable format to both internal teams and clients.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings to provide research-driven marketing support.

4. Regional Scope & Travel Requirements

  • Primarily focused on the GCC market, with potential assignments.
  • Travel may be required for industry events, client meetings, or on-ground market research.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. Knowledge / Skills

  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality marketing content and research insights.
  • Ability to create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and accept constructive feedback.
  • Strong diplomatic skills for collaborating with key stakeholders and executives.
  • Financial awareness, with an understanding of market drivers and economic indicators.
  • Self-motivation, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

2. Education / Certifications

  • A degree in Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Economics or a related field.

3. Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in market research, content development, or a related field.
  • Freshers are encourage to apply.
  • Experience in producing industry reports, publications, and marketing collateral is required for this role.
  • Experience in the retail, real estate, or financial sectors is a plus.
