Business Intelligence Analyst

As a BI Analyst, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will act as a strategic advisor, using data visualization and analysis to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Visualization & Reporting : Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI , Tableau , or Looker to track KPIs.
• Data Analysis : Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations) to define reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Data Management : Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and organize data from various sources.
• Process Optimization : Automate reporting workflows and improve data collection methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis : Respond to urgent business questions with deep-dive analytical projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency :

• Strong SQL skills (T-SQL, MySQL, or similar).
• Expertise in Power BI , Tableau , or Looker .
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced modeling is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Tableau Certified .
• Experience with Data Warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
• Knowledge of AI/ML for predictive analytics or prompt engineering
