Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Analyze business performance and prepare insightful reports.
• Generate data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies through market analysis.
• Review, update, and manage business/property listings.
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Present research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interpret data and convert it into meaningful business insights.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
