Job Summary:

The MIS Officer / Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from multiple departments (HR, Accounts, Production, Sourcing, and Sales), generating reports, and presenting insights to management for strategic planning and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, verify, and consolidate data from all departments on a periodic basis.
• Maintain and update management information reports and dashboards.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop and automate reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Prepare presentation-ready reports and analytical summaries for senior management.
• Coordinate with departmental heads to ensure timely and accurate data submission.
• Support management in strategic and operational decision-making through data insights.

Education & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or business analytics, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.

Skills Required:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards, Power Query).
• Knowledge of Power BI / Google Data Studio / Tableau (preferred).
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Understanding of operational KPIs (HR, Production, Accounts, Sourcing, etc.).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management abilities.
