We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and communication skills. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and making recommendations to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations
• Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Proficient in SQL and database technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
