Here’s what you need to know:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Assistant to join our Global Information Technology team and support BI projects and data initiatives.

What will be expected of you in this role?

• Supporting the design and development of ELT pipelines using Python and SQL on Microsoft Fabric
• Assisting in building and maintaining Lakehouse and Data Warehouse structures
• Helping to create analytical and semantic models for business reporting
• Supporting the development of Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards
• Assisting BI studies to monitor retail business performance
• Supporting data quality and consistency across data pipelines
• Helping troubleshoot data and pipeline issues with the team
• Assisting in translating business requirements into data solutions

Why you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related fields
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data-related roles (internship experience is a plus)
• Basic understanding of data & analytics concepts (Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, BI tools)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL & Pyhton and willingness to improve analytical query skills
• Interest in ELT processes and data transformation
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in data & analytics field
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications

Required Skills:
