CK Power is looking for a Business Intelligence and Report Analyst at our St. Louis, MO location. You’ll be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of business reporting solutions to support CK Power Family of Companies’ operational and strategic objectives, to support a conversion to Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and the development of data reporting approach.
This role develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and data models using Crystal Reports, Power BI, SQL, and Oracle Cloud Fusion. The position ensures data accuracy, supports business decision-making, and promotes consistent information delivery across departments
What You’ll Do:
Report Development
- Design, develop, and maintain operational and financial reports using SAP Crystal Reports and Microsoft Power BI.
- Develop and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations for various business units.
- Translate business requirements into technical report specifications.
Data Management
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models for reporting purposes.
- Integrate and extract data from Oracle Cloud Fusion Analytics, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain documentation for data sources, structures, and relationships across multiple systems.
Business Analysis and Support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document reporting requirements.
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training related to reporting tools and dashboards.
System Integration and Optimization
- Work with IT and application teams to maintain data connectivity between Oracle Fusion and other internal systems.
- Ensure performance optimization and security standards for all reporting environments.
- Participate in the design and implementation of data warehouse or business intelligence initiatives.
Governance and Documentation
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of reports and dashboards.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, and process workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and company information management standards.
What You’ll Need:

Technical Experience
- Strong working knowledge of SQL (queries, stored procedures, joins, indexing, and performance tuning).
- Experience with Crystal Reports
- Well-developed implementation and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze details and synthesize "the big picture.”
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios.
- Should have the ability to read and decipher software Log and Trace files, as well as the ability to act upon the finding to determine a problem resolution.
- Should be able to understand business process flow and perform functional testing as per business requirement with appropriate test scripts.
- Knowledge of external data integration services to load data into Oracle Fusion Applications from external sources, such as legacy systems and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of localizations.
What Helps:
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Experience with Global Shop.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) data structures (Financials, Procurement, or Operations modules).
- Experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).
- Experience with Data extraction and ERP systems Oracle Cloud Fusion, OTBI, or BI Publisher.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Gateway, SSRS, or other BI tools.
- Experience integrating data from multiple systems into a single reporting platform.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data governance, and metadata management.
- Prior experience in a diesel services, equipment, or industrial operations environment.
