This opportunity is for a leading Energy & Gas giant in the UAE. We are looking for a strategic BI Consultant to join our Digital Data & Analytics team. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data solutions deliver tangible value and align with the organization's long-term digital strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and define the scope of Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives.
• Design and propose high-level BI strategies and roadmaps that align with corporate objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising on industry best practices for data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
• Translate complex business problems into technical requirements for developers and architects.
• Conduct gap analysis on existing reporting processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful user adoption of deployed BI solutions.
• Monitor the quality and performance of BI services to ensure they meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics consulting.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end BI projects, from requirement gathering to delivery.
• Strong understanding of BI platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in defining KPIs and metrics for large-scale organizational performance tracking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to implementing data strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus

• Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and their data structures.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
