Business Intelligence & Data Analyst

Ibex, on behalf of one of its global clients, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, data transformation, and visualization . The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international clients to deliver meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.
• Design and implement stored procedures, including creating database schemas from the ground up.
• Clean, transform, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and transformation tasks to streamline reporting processes.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver meaningful analysis.
• Monitor data integrity, identify anomalies, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Participate in data governance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Automate recurring data processes and reporting workflows to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics , or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven experience working with large datasets and applying data wrangling techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
