QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field,
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role (experience in retail is a plus),
• Proficiency in Power BI / Fabric and strong knowledge of SQL / T-SQL,
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Datasphere integrations,
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills,
• Experience with Azure Data Services , DAX , and Power Query,
• Understanding of semantic data models,
• Knowledge of advanced BI visualization tools and analytics platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a results-driven and curious BI Developer to join our data-focused and collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. Your primary tool will be Power BI , through which you will create impactful data visualizations, build data models, and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

• Analyze reporting and data visualization needs from various business units,
• Support ETL processes and develop data models for reporting,
• Design and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI,
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability,
• Maintain and improve existing BI solutions,
• Document BI solutions, data flows, and development processes.
