Job Summary

The Business Intelligence Lead monitors and reports on the performance of all office functions, ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, and effectively used for analytical and decision-making purposes. The role supports management by creating dashboards, analyzing trends, and driving process improvements through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report KPIs for all office functions on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance reports to support management decision-making.
• Analyze complex data sets using analytical and statistical techniques to identify trends, generate insights, and support business improvements.
• Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, and reporting processes while identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications in data analytics or BI tools are a plus.
• 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, performance management, or MIS reporting, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, database management, and data modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and support business decisions.
