Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives in our logistics operations. The role requires a strong background in BI within the logistics industry, with proven expertise in turning data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Analytics

• Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports and dashboards across business functions.
• Drive reporting accuracy and minimize data error incidents.
• Lead automation of dashboards and reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and improve reporting KPIs, including timeliness, accuracy, and error reduction.

2. Quality Control

• Maintain high standards of documentation accuracy and compliance with internal/external requirements.
• Monitor and reduce compliance error rates through effective BI controls.
• Implement corrective actions promptly and track improvement measures.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure BI processes meet organizational standards.

3. Business Insights

• Partner with management to deliver actionable insights that are adopted and implemented.
• Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements through BI analysis.
• Develop and maintain supplier and carrier performance scorecards to support vendor management.

4. Efficiency & Support

• Manage turnaround time (TAT) for ad-hoc requests, ensuring quick and reliable delivery of data.
• Drive BI team productivity by setting clear goals and monitoring output (reports per employee).
• Enhance internal user satisfaction through responsive, accurate, and impactful BI support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 5 years in a
• managerial capacity.
• Strong exposure to the logistics and supply chain industry (mandatory).
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data governance, analytics, and automation best practices.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate
• business needs into BI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Timeliness & accuracy of reports.
• Automation adoption rate.
• Reduction in data and compliance errors.
• Implementation rate of corrective actions and insights.
• Cost savings and process improvements identified.
• Turnaround time for ad-hoc requests.
• Productivity per BI team member.
• Internal user satisfaction scores.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹703,952.96 - ₹1,643,832.36 per year
