Business İntelligence Performance Management Business Analyst (Hybrid)

We are looking for skilled and motivated professionals who can contribute to data analysis, KPI Management and BI reporting processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, CTIS , or related fields,
• BAP, PMI-PBA certification will be a plus,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis (in the banking sector) ,
• Experienced in Data Analysis
• Experienced in KPI Management and Businness Intelligence
• Knowledgeable about SDLC and Agile Methodology ,
• Talented in Requirements Gathering and Elicitation ,
• Comfortable with Business Analysis Modeling tools ,
• Good command of SQL(Oracle will be a plus) ,
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus,
• Fluent in English with strong oral and written skills,
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills,
• Eager to learn and adapt new concepts ,
• Proactive and a good team player.

What You’ll Do

• Gathering, negotiating, and documenting the requirements,
• Creating WBS , defining dependencies, and providing cost estimations to support project planning efforts,
• Preparing light-weight functional specification documents and test scenarios ,
• Contributing to the technical design and development to ensure all business needs are satisfied,
• Supporting Businness Intelligence and KPI Management reporting requirements,
• Performing functional testing , giving UAT support ,
• Preparing/updating User Manuals ,
• Providing third-level support of the product.
