The Business Intelligence Reporting Lead will lead the commercial reporting and business intelligence / analytics workstream for the ERP program. This includes translating business objectives into an actionable KPI framework and analytics solutions that measure and drive commercial performance (IE sales data, sales forecast accuracy, revenue, margin, pricing / discounts / rebates, deductions / chargebacks). They will own end-to-end requirements, solution design, build/validation, and adoption for embedded SAP S/4HANA analytics and affiliated BI platforms used by Sales, Pricing, Customer Service, Finance, and Executive teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & KPI Design: Gather requirements from Sales, Pricing, Customer Service, and Finance; define KPI dictionary and data lineage for proper reporting metrics for business analytics.
Solution Delivery: Design and deliver SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics (Fiori apps/CDS views) and enterprise BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
Data Governance: Ensure harmonized master data, data quality controls, for commercial financial results and analysis.
Testing & Validation: Lead analytics testing strategy and compliance with validation standards.
Adoption & Enablement: Create training content, drive user adoption, and establish performance review cadence.

Required Qualifications:
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of analytics experience in a complex business, where daily use of analytics drives
Hands-on experience with SAP Embedded Analytics and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau).
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or CPA
5+ years in a supervisory capacity
Strong data governance and KPI design background.
Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or life science industry strongly preferred
Experience in fast-paced global multinational matrix organization
Strong change management, communication and influencing skills
Fluent verbal and written communication in English
Hands-on and proactive; strong organizational skills
Results driven and service oriented to internal and external customers
Experience with Oracle ERP reporting
Experience with SAP analytics, Vistex, Salesforce, Vertex, and OneStream integrations.
Familiarity with software validation practices for medical device regulations.
Up to 50% Travel
