Location: Karachi
Salary: Up to PKR 175,000 (Maximum) + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and management reports
• Analyze sales, inventory, margin, and operational data
• Identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights to enhance business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, FMCG, Support Functions, etc.)
• Automate reporting processes and improve data efficiency
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking initiatives

Required Skills:

• Advanced hands-on experience in MS Excel (Advanced Level)
• Strong command of SQL
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Solid working knowledge of DAX & Power Pivot
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage large datasets and convert data into meaningful business insights

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience (Retail experience preferred)
