Business Intelligence/Data Processing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Reporting.
• Deployment Trade Promotion /Credit Policy and Pricing.
• Collect, process, and analyze data to generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain and update databases or spreadsheets.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• System Administration
• Monitor the performance of MIS systems.
• Manage access controls and user permissions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of new MIS software/tools.
• Coordination with Departments
• Liaise with different departments (HR, finance, sales, operations) to gather data requirements.
• Coordinate data inputs and outputs between various teams.
• Act as a point of contact for data-related queries.
• Support and Troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to users of the MIS.
• Troubleshoot software related to MIS tools.
• Coordinate with IT or software vendors if issues arise.
• Data Analysis & Insights
• Provide actionable insights to support users.
• Help in the preparation of presentations and dashboards.
• Training & Documentation
• -Train staff on using MIS tools and generating reports.
• -Document processes and data flow diagrams.
• -Update user manuals or help guides.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Power BI & SQL etc.
