What would you do? The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners. What are we looking for? "•Written and verbal communication •Ability to perform under pressure •Ability to work well in a team •Ability to establish strong client relationship •Content writer •• Communicate intensively via video chat, Teams, calls, and screenshares with large population of new hires daily to enhance and support their Onboarding, Training, and Operations experience. • Proactively identify coaching strategies for trainees who are struggling with quality, may need to assess and make suggestions regarding difficulty of work. • Quickly respond to trainee observations identified by members of other departments, including Manager, Sr. Manager, Operations, and others. • Develop, implement, and manage multiple QDS training plans per provider specifics, specialty specifics, trainee ability, and other success-guiding factors. • May be responsible for a combination of methodologies, including On the Job Trainers (OJT) and Live OJT. • Evaluate and train according to rigorous internal rubrics and processes. • Provide white-glove treatment for all new hires. • Maintain high level of employee satisfaction. • Grade and track QDS progress and performance via a variety of tools and applications. • Develop and implement new strategies based on changes an "
