- Collaborate with individuals from Human Resources and other related departments to schedule one-on-one job observation times.
- Work directly with each area of the department to gain an understanding of the roles within each area as well as the wide variety of positions within the company.
- Actively participate in weekly meetings within the department to further understand Human Resources, as well as the company as a whole.
- Collaborate with other employees on how to better the future of the company.
- Alphabetize and file confidential/government information while maintaining extreme confidentiality.

Job QualificationsEducation:- High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
- One year of post secondary education in an HR/Business related field, Required
