Primary Job Functions

This section describes the primary /essential responsibilities that this job performs.
  • Collaborate with individuals from Human Resources and other related departments to schedule one-on-one job observation times.
  • Work directly with each area of the department to gain an understanding of the roles within each area as well as the wide variety of positions within the company.
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings within the department to further understand Human Resources, as well as the company as a whole.
  • Collaborate with other employees on how to better the future of the company.
  • Alphabetize and file confidential/government information while maintaining extreme confidentiality.

  • Maintain reliable attendance.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and/or educational opportunities.
  • Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.

Job Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Required

  • One year of post secondary education in an HR/Business related field, Required
