Business Line Manager (Industrial Air Division)

We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to further develop the Industrial Air Division in the market. The business environment is challenging with regards to competition & existing strong customer base promising for further growth & moving into new market segments.

The Business Line Manager (BLM) is a senior leadership role within Atlas Copco, responsible for driving profitable growth of a business line, developing people, and strengthening customer relationships. Acting as both a strategist and hands-on leader, the BLM ensures that market potential is maximized through innovative solutions, sustainable practices, and a strong customer focus.

The Business Line Manager should be ambitious with a growth oriented and entrepreneurial mindset and have strong strategic and executional skills.

• Achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on market share & consolidated profitability
• Lead, develop & motivate an experienced sales, support team and distributors
• Strong focus on developing the sales of "new" products - Interact with the division marketing to develop & implement business marketing plans & give feedback on product trends & competition development
• Contribute to the development of systems, sales tools & training to achieve a competitive advantage in the market.
• Empower & grow the people in line with our corporate values & guidelines in “The Way We Do Things”
• Strongly represent market perspectives and ensure alignment with global objectives and prepare the business for future growth opportunities

** BLM will report to the General Manager.

Experience Requirements

• Engineering Degree in relevant fields, or equivalent

• MBA, Business Management, Marketing, or Finance is highly valued

• Advanced English proficiency

• At least 5 years of proven sales & marketing experiences in the Compressor industry and a proven track record of sustainable growth & reaching targets

• Knowledge of local market dynamics

• An entrepreneurial growth mindset, taking ownership of driving business forward

• Strong strategic, execution skills and conceptual thinking

• Strong business & commercial sense with the ability to analyze data to determine business trends

• Proven experience in people management and leadership over large teams

• Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching and team development

• Ability to navigate in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders at multiple levels

• Strong financial skills

• A clear vision & ability to achieve results from action plans derived from a solid strategic platform
