Our law firm is searching for two full-time business & civil litigation associate attorneys as we continue to grow. Available immediately, we are looking for the right professionals to join our team. You will have the opportunity to learn from senior associates and litigation associates on legal issues and will provide legal counsel to existing clients. You’ll also be responsible for performing legal research, document drafting, and keeping client files up to date

Our San Diego team is composed of multiple Attorneys, front staff, and dedicated paralegals to support you. We have four additional offices throughout California, including San Francisco, Orange County, Sacramento, and Los Angeles. Our firm is growing and our team is full of talent. We work collaboratively and specialize in Business and Corporate Law, partnership disputes, complex litigation matters, probate and trust litigation, bankruptcy, and LLC formation and partnership/real estate disputes.

Boyd Law works with the best talent in the law field in CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of relevant experience in Civil Litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions.
• Negotiate settlements of legal disputes.
• Research and analyze legal issues.
• Keep up to date with changes in the law and judicial decisions that affect the practice of law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
