Job Title: Business Manager – Embedded Systems

Role Summary:

The Business Development Manager (Embedded Systems) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients in the electronics, embedded systems, IoT and system integration in various industrial sectors, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and proposals.

The role bridges technical understanding and commercial acumen to position the company’s embedded products and services effectively in the market.

Identifying the relevant technical requirements, clients, meeting them in person for discussions and converting it to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in embedded systems, IoT, defense, industrial electronics, and automotive sectors.
  • Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.

2. Client & Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, R&D organizations, and defense/public sector units (PSUs).
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with technical and design teams to propose solutions.
  • Represent the company in tender meetings, RFP/RFQ discussions, trade shows, and conferences.

Documentation & Bidding

Experience preparing proposals, RFP responses, technical-commercial offers.

Analytical Skills

Ability to assess market trends, create business cases, and forecast revenues.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field
  • (MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred)
  • 3–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or techno-commercial roles in embedded systems / electronics industry.
  • Exposure to government / defense tenders (DRDO, BEL, ISRO, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth targets and managing key accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
