About The Role
The regional
Business Manager
is a key partner to Kings League franchises (teams and sublicensees). You’ll work directly with franchises to build
sustainable, professional, and profitable
businesses, while aligning Kings League’s brand, product, and operational standards.
You’ll shape a new model of football entertainment through a

Key Responsabilities

Serve as the primary business contact for assigned Kings League franchises, working closely with club presidents and management teams.

Lead regular business reviews (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track performance and drive accountability.

Support franchise commercial strategy, including sponsorship packages, pricing, targets, forecasts, and sales materials.

Proactively identify new revenue opportunities for franchises, in line with Kings League’s global strategy.

Monitor and analyze KPIs across revenue, digital/media performance, costs, and profitability, identifying risks and upside opportunities.

Support budgeting, financial planning, and profit optimization initiatives.

Identify and facilitate strategic introductions between franchises and relevant investors, sponsors, and ecosystem partners, in coordination with Kings League leadership.

Support franchise content, marketing, and fan engagement strategies working cross-functionally with Kings League’s global, digital-first model.

Coordinate closely with internal commercial, marketing, finance, content, and operations teams to ensure alignment, execution, and follow-through.

Facilitate workshops and best-practice sharing across the Kings League ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, finance, corporate development, strategy, or strategic commercial roles.

Strong business orientation with proven analytical and financial acumen (budgeting, P&L analysis, forecasting).

Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Strong understanding of digital media, content-driven brands, or sports/entertainment ecosystems preferred.

Fluency in English and Arabic

Ability to work effectively across departments, regions, cultures, and time zones.
