Role Focus
Solely responsible for generating new business, closing one-time project deals, and bringing fresh clients to the SEO & Content vertical.
Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition

Create customized proposals, estimates, and pitches for SEO and content projects.

Generate qualified leads through outbound reach-outs, networking, partnerships, and digital channels.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients across industries.

Conduct discovery calls to understand business requirements, pain points, and project scope.
Project-Based Business Growth

Focus on acquiring one-time SEO audits, content writing projects, technical fixes, content revamps, SERP optimization projects, etc.

Identify short-term opportunities and high-value project work across SMEs, startups, and enterprise teams.

Work with the operations team to hand over closed deals smoothly for execution.
Market & Strategy

Identify new sectors, categories, and demand patterns for SEO and content services.

Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market positioning.

Suggest new packages, micro services, or project formats based on market gaps.
Collaboration

Collaborate with SEO, content, and delivery leads only during pre-sales for effort estimation and feasibility checks.

Ensure accurate scoping and documentation before handing off to project managers.

Work with marketing teams to create sales collateral, case studies, and success stories.
Targets & Reporting

Achieve monthly and quarterly new business targets.

Maintain CRM hygiene, track conversions, and provide weekly pipeline reports.

Analysis of lead sources, conversion metrics, and sales performance.
Skills & Requirements

Strong background in sales or business development within digital marketing, SEO, or content domains.
