About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Manager to support the Founder who operates companies across fintech, sports, consumer brands, health & wellness, and international ventures.

The role involves managing the founder’s schedule, ensuring follow-through across all businesses, maintaining communication flow, supporting social media presence, and coordinating events or brand engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise the Founder’s full calendar
  • Schedule meetings, reminders & follow-ups across all ventures
  • Act as the coordination bridge between internal teams of multiple companies
  • Track tasks, deadlines, deliverables & ensure execution
  • Prepare daily and weekly briefings and updates for the Founder
  • Support personal brand & social media coordination (basic content planning, posting, follow-ups)
  • Coordinate the Founder’s presence for events, launches, and key industry activities
  • Handle communication, summaries, and reporting
  • Basic personal admin (travel planning, appointments, reminders)

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in EA, Operations, Founder’s Office, PR/Marketing or Brand Management
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisation
  • Self-driven, dependable, and able to manage high-pressure schedules
  • Strong understanding of social media (Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to handle multiple businesses and diverse industries
  • High confidentiality and professional maturity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
