Business & Marketing Manager – Firearms Industry Focus

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Business & Marketing Manager to join our leadership team. This role blends marketing strategy with hands-on business operations — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll manage our marketing systems (especially HubSpot), help coordinate trade shows and events, strengthen our brand presence online, and play a key role in daily business management on the firearms side of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Growth
  • Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Curate and maintain our digital and social media presence (website updates, newsletters, social content).
  • Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and sponsorships, including logistics, materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Business Operations
  • Support leadership in managing daily office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
  • Assist with internal communications, project tracking, and light reporting.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as a key member of the Texas leadership team, helping drive brand identity and market positioning.
  • Provide insights into trends within the firearms, outdoor, and tactical business sectors.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business operations, or project management (experience in payments or firearms-related industries a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub (or similar marketing automation platforms).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort and familiarity with the firearms industry and culture is strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
