Business Office Clerical (OPS, Psychology)

Department of Psychology

The Department of Psychology is seeking a part-time OPS employee to assist the department’s Finance and Grants teams on various tasks, including:

• Organize files and information in SharePoint and shared email inboxes
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Help prepare and process department financial forms
• Assist with cash advance requests and reconciliation
• Assist with setting up new vendor information
• Support purchasing activities as needed

High School or Equivalent

• Basic excel and email skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in-person
• Ability to work well with a team

$15.00 per hour
