</div><p>The Instructional Design Assistant will support the design and development of training courses that meet the identified needs of FSU departments and employees. The Instructional Design Assistant will collaborate with the TOD team and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences and ensure project timelines are met.</p><ul><li>
Contribute to the development and enhancement of current training programs and online content to increase engagement and knowledge retention.</li><li>
Provide recommendations for course interface design, architecture, navigation, and content arrangement.</li><li>
Craft instructional design documents for review, revision, and implementation.</li><li>
Support the design and production of e-learning sites within the context of personal and organizational development, utilizing content authoring technology, graphic design tools, and other e-learning software.</li><li>
Review and apply emerging trends in e-learning, instructional design, universal design, and accessibility.</li><li>
Design course materials that reflect an understanding of adult learning theory and varied learning styles.</li><li>
Work with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop new content and/or convert existing content into online formats.</li><li>
Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to all internal and external customers.</li><li>
Utilize Microsoft Office applications and eLearning authoring tools to prepare documents and presentations.</li></ul>

</div><p>The College of Criminology &amp; Criminal Justice is seeking an OPS IT Support Student Assistant to provide day-to-day technical support. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems, and equipment, and assisting with IT projects and operations.</p><ul><li>
Assist with managing the college&rsquo;s day-to-day IT support needs autonomously.</li><li>
Resolve technical issues in a timely manner.</li><li>
Communicate planned and unplanned service disruptions and implement fallbacks.</li><li>
Document enterprise services with diagram/flowcharting applications to identify systems, data flow, and dependencies of applications provided by the Office of Information Technology.</li><li>
Completion of service health monitoring and preventative maintenance activities as assigned.</li><li>
Assist with automation of service health monitoring activities via PowerShell, Snipe IT, and other technologies as required.</li><li>
Assist with operation of Microsoft Hyper-V environment.</li><li>
Assist with other initiatives as assigned; positions include assisting with software and hardware migrations and inventory compliance.</li><li>
Operate technical equipment and complete maintenance duties related to lab, computer, cameras, machinery, or other specialized equipment.</li><li>
This position will help provide computer support for the College of Criminology &amp; Criminal Justice. This will involve diagnosing hardware and software problems remotely and in person. It will also involve setting up new computers and retiring old computers.</li></ul>

Work with the Unconquered Media staff and interns to help further their video post-production skills utilizing the most current software including Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Teaching and training full-time staff, interns and OPS employees on the use of editing software will be required.</p><p>
Work with the Unconquered Media staff to produce videos showcasing Seminole student-athletes and coaches. Limited travel may be required and job will require work on the weekend and late hours.</p><p>
Assist Unconquered Media staff in filming sporting events, practices, interviews and other special events.</p>
