Role Overview
As a Business Operations & Strategy Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure across core business functions while supporting global teams.
Based on aptitude and interest, you may specialize in Sales Enablement, HR Operations & Recruitment, Marketing & Digital Outreach, or Business Operations & Governance

Who Should Apply

Graduates from 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches (any stream)0–1 years of experience (freshers welcome)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Smart, proactive thinkers with a positive and ownership-driven mindset
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and PowerPoint
Comfortable working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Additional Details Stipend:
INR 15,000 per month during the trainee program
Work Mode: Full-time | 40 hours/week
Monday to Friday
On successful completion, candidates may be considered for full-time roles, subject to performance and selection criteria

This role provides a strong foundation to grow into positions such as Consultant, Business Partner, Domain Expert, Project Manager, or Operations Lead, with opportunities to specialize based on performance and career interest
