Hiring Operations Admin for IT(ELV) company.
- 3+ years experience as operations Admin in IT/Technical industry, preferably in UAE
- 1+ year proven experiencein inventory Management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to work independently and managing office alone.
- Ability to handle office administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
- Must handle stock and schedule daily work routine.
- Basic knowledge in accounting and tally prime software.
- Knowledge of VAT and other UAE accounting standards and regulations.
- Must know payroll calculation.
- Basic knowledge in Autocad.
- Must be familiar with handling Government and legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Candidates with own visa preferred
- Male candidates preferred.
Job Location : Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
