Business Operations Administrator

The Business Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting the organization’s daily operational activities. This position ensures efficient administrative workflows, facilitates cross-functional coordination, and contributes to the seamless execution of business processes. The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term career opportunity and demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative and operational activities
  • Assist in project coordination and implementation of operational initiatives
  • Support business processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage internal documentation, reports, and operational records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with expense reporting
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and cross-functional communication
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Support compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Liaise with C-suit executives vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive and confidential information
  • Support executive correspondence and communication as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field
  • Experience supporting projects or initiatives in an administrative or coordination capacity
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively while managing competing deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools
  • Familiarity with basic project management concepts such as timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Proactive, solution oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
