Business Operations Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic DVCR Business Development Team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a background in business or sales who are looking to move from a routine environment into a more flexible, fast-paced, and growth-oriented role.. Strong analytical skills will be essential in supporting client engagement, prospecting, and strategy development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform and assist with new business prospecting efforts by leveraging email campaigns, social media, and cold calls
  • Make complete, accurate, and timely submission of all prospecting activity in Salesforce CRM
  • Help modify and manage Salesforce CRM to meet business development and marketing needs
  • Develop and maintain a list of target clients and key decision-makers within these clients
  • Plan and organize workload to meet outreach and client meeting targets
  • Coordinate with Business Development team and internal operational staff to address questions from prospective clients
  • Work closely to coordinate with Business Development team on developing prospecting strategies and plans, and other business development activities
  • Other duties as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous sales support experience
  • Ability to understand and convey accurate company information to prospects in a clear, professional manner
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual for scheduled work
  • Ability to be disciplined and work on multiple tasks at a time
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset, excited by the challenge of using data to inform business decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry preferred
  • A solid foundation in science, especially clinical pharmacology, with the ability to break down complex information and explain it in a clear, compelling way.
  • Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Experience:

  • Pharmaceutical: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Clinical Research/CRO: 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
