Job Description:

We are hiring a high-potential business professional to support our commercial, GTM, and marketing execution.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial / GTM to help ensure that our growth engine is structured, visible, and scalable.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build real commercial judgment, understand how complex B2B deals close, and develop hands-on experience with modern GTM systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Commercial & GTM Support

· Support day-to-day sales and partnership execution, ensuring deals, contacts, and activities are tracked consistently

· Help maintain pipeline visibility, deal hygiene, and stage accuracy

· Assist with outbound and inbound lead coordination and follow-up

Revenue & Process Enablement

· Help track deal progress from first contact through NDA, SOW, and contract

· Support documentation of sales processes, deal stages, and playbooks

· Monitor bottlenecks (e.g., legal review, presales support) and flag issues early

Marketing & Growth Coordination

· Support conference, campaign, and content execution

· Help ensure marketing activities translate into sales-ready opportunities

· Assist in tracking campaign outcomes and engagement signals

Systems & Tools (Learning-Oriented)

· Work within our CRM and GTM tools to:

o Maintain data accuracy

o Generate basic reports and dashboards

o Support adoption by sales and leadership

· Over time, grow into a power user who understands how systems support revenue decisions

(Prior CRM experience is helpful but not required — we care more about aptitude and willingness to learn.)

What Success Looks Like in This Role

Within 6–9 months:

· Commercial data is clean, reliable, and trusted

· Deals move through stages with clarity and consistency

· Leadership can review pipeline without manual reconciliation

· You are increasingly proactive in identifying friction and improvement opportunities

Other Details:

· 2–3 years of experience in, Business operations, Sales operations, Analytics, or B2B commercial roles

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Comfortable working across teams (sales, marketing, operations)

· High attention to detail with a bias toward execution

· Curious, coachable, and eager to learn how businesses scale
