Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our recruiting operations by delivering data-driven insights and developing comprehensive reporting mechanisms. You will be responsible for building and maintaining key dashboards, analysing recruiting trends to forecast hiring needs, and providing strategic operational support to align business and HR goals. Your expertise will also drive continuous improvements in our talent acquisition processes through insightful analysis and effective communication with stakeholders across the organization.

Job Requirements

• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and trackers to monitor and forecast hiring metrics.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop weekly and executive-level reporting for HR and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
• Create clear, executive-level presentations that summarize findings and recommendations.
